News 1 April 2026Mechan International strengthens regional coverage and service in Germany

Mechan International continues to strengthen its position in the German agricultural machinery market with Massey Ferguson, by building a robust and scalable dealer network across a key agricultural region.

As of April 1, 2026, Landmaschinen Roschwitz locations in Bernburg and Schneidlingen will be expanded with three former Raiffeisen sites in Aschara, Trendelburg and Gadenstedt. Together, these five locations form a strong regional organisation, offering extensive coverage, increased service capacity and close proximity to customers across Thuringia, Lower Saxony and Hesse. As part of this strategic development, the company will also change its name and continue its activities under the name Mechan Deutschland GmbH.

Mechan Deutschland GmbH, dealer of Massey Ferguson, will operate in a region representing more than 10% of the total number of registered tractors in Germany. With a workforce to approximately 85 employees, the organisation can support its customers even better with high-quality service and technical expertise.

Strong leadership, future-focused expertise and continuity

Mechan Deutschland GmbH will be led by two managing directors, ensuring both local continuity and operational focus. Benjamin Zuck will remain responsible for the locations in Bernburg and Schneidlingen, while Sandra König will take responsibility for the locations in Aschara, Trendelburg and Gadenstedt.

At the same time, Mechan International continues to invest in expertise to meet the evolving demands of modern agriculture. With increasing technological complexity, particularly in areas such as precision farming, the organisation is strengthening its specialist capabilities. By combining in-depth knowledge with tailored solutions and hands-on support, Mechan International aims to help farmers optimise their operations and improve efficiency and productivity. “We look forward to applying our knowledge of the agricultural machinery sector, introducing innovative solutions and supporting businesses with targeted advice to help them grow,” according to Lex Zandbergen of Mechan International.

Continuity remains a key priority throughout this development. All operations will continue seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers. At the same time, investments in modernising facilities and expanding the service offering will further strengthen the organisation’s ability to support customers across the region, now and in the future.
