With effect from 1 October 2024, Mechan Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the Netherlands-based Mechan International, will expand its activities by acquiring Landmaschinen Roschwitz GmbH, an agricultural machinery dealer in the centre of Saxony-Anhalt. This strategic move into the German market aligns with Mechan International's expansion plans and underscores its commitment in providing exceptional agricultural solutions.

Landmaschinen Roschwitz GmbH is a long-established company with a good reputation in the region south of Magdeburg, which has excellent arable soils. The company is a recognised dealer of Massey-Ferguson tractors and machines, known for its high-quality service and long-standing customer relationships.

With this acquisition, Mechan International and its German subsidiary will utilise the group's extensive experience and resources to further enhance the already excellent service and product offerings available to customers in the region.
