Filip has had an extensive career in the world of forklift trucks (Material Handling) and floor cleaning machines. After studying accountancy & taxation in Leuven, he started his career at Barloworld Handling in Brussels. In 2004, he joined Motrac as Commercial Director before moving to Loading Systems Belgium in Deurne, in the role of CEO. He then returned to Motrac as Managing Director (CEO) in 2015.
