Apeldoorn, The Netherlands (October 16, 2024) – Zweegers Equipment Group announced today that Tover Overseas BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC), Laurence Maitre, and Fabrice Lavaud have transitioned ownership of BCM-Ditch Witch France to Zweegers equipment group BV.
BCM was founded in 1994 by Christian Maitre and his daughter Laurence Maitre. Laurence has led the company as Managing Director past 25 years and will continue her leadership of the team. As the only authorized Ditch Witch® dealer in France, BCM-Ditch Witch France successfully represents a range of products to cover the full life-cycle of underground pipe and cable, including horizontal directional drills, walk behind and ride trenchers, utility loaders, electronic locating tools, drilling fluid systems, vacuum excavators, pneumatic moles and after-market tools.
