Øbakke is a long-established company which originates back to 2001 with its main location in Roskilde (Zealand) and a satellite location in Vejle (Jutland). Out of these locations, Øbakke distributes the premium brands Takeuchi, Kramer and Huddig (a.o.) with a strong focus on customer intimacy and providing high standards of service.
At the turn of 2023, Managing Director Toni Øbakke expressed a desire to run the business with an increased focus on customers and employees. At the same time, the company accelerated its growth strategy to make the group more robust in facing competitors.

Zweegers Equipment Group has several operating companies in Europe and Canada for the distribution of equipment in Agricultural, Turfcare and Construction & Industry markets. Sivertsen
Sivertsen, originally established in 1938, operates out of Roskilde (Zealand) and is also present on the island Bornholm representing Massey Ferguson (an AGCO brand) and several turfcare brands on both locations. Zweegers Equipment Group operates the international AGCO business through its subsidiary Mechan International.
